Playbook / Call flow
One call. One goal. Twenty minutes booked.
One goal only: a locked 20-minute demo slot, plus one of their real documents (a PO, an RA bill, or a purchase bill) on WhatsApp so the demo runs on THEIR paper. Nothing is sold on this call.
Tailored for
Does the product sell itself in the demo? Only if the demo runs on their paper. A generic feature tour bores people. Ask for one real PO or RA bill on WhatsApp before the demo. A contractor watching his own 400-line PO become a contract in four minutes needs no pitch.
The 7 stages
Tap a stage to tick it off while you run the call. Target total: 4–6 minutes. Past 7 minutes you are selling instead of booking.

Non-negotiables
- • Fear and loss come before gain. Always. Pain → agitate → proof → demo.
- • The word "AI" is never spoken until they ask how it works.
- • Two capabilities maximum before the demo ask. More kills the reason to attend.
- • Never agitate the person, only the situation. No prospect buys from someone who made him feel stupid.
- • Every call ends with a named time — a demo slot, or a callback slot. Never "baad mein".
Commercials the caller must know cold
Contractor pricing is scale-based. Anchor sentence to use on the call: "Sir contractor ka plan aapke contracts aur users pe depend karta hai — zyadatar [₹X,000] se shuru hota hai. Demo mein exact figure bata dunga." Never say only "custom hai" — vagueness reads as expensive.
Onboarding: 30 minutes to running + 1 month free team support for data migration through to billing.
